Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Made by Izzy website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Made by Izzy you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or colour). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Made by Izzy reserves the right to take photographs of your ornament/figure during the creation process and on completion and may use these photographs as part of their advertising and promotion. No personal photographs sent to us by you will be used unless you give consent. All photographs taken by Made by Izzy remain the property of Made by Izzy.



Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.


Payments can be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer. In both cases an invoice will be sent to you outlining your order and giving payment details. Once a payment is made an receipt will be sent outlining your payment.

If choosing Paypal as your preferred payment method please ensure the address stated on your PayPal account is the address you’d like your order delivered to, if it’s not, please specify in writing within 2 days of placing your order.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Made by Izzy. Made by Izzy must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. For custom orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid before your order is accepted, with the balance payable prior to your order being shipped. Payment is due within 7 days of completion. Where payment of the balance due is not made within 7 days, toppers/gifts may be resold or retained for display purposes.


You will be advised of an estimated dispatch date upon order.

Postage is charged at cost, all orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class. Bespoke Toppers will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be advised of the shipping amount at the time of your enquiry/order.

It is Royal Mail’s policy to sometimes leave packages with a neighbour should you be out when delivery is attempted, they may also leave it in a safe place or return to the sorting office. There will be a red card left in these cases.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Made by Izzy, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days (for UK orders) has elapsed. This is due to Royal Mail policy on items classed as lost.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to toppers as a result of them being posted to you. Any small breakages can easily be mended with a small amount of super glue at customer’s own discretion.

Depending on your location it may be possible to arrange personal delivery/uplift which may reduce your P&P charges. This will be arranged on an individual enquiry basis. Similarly, it may be possible to arrange personal delivery to your local cake supplier.


We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing (email is fine). We will then process your return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

Please note there will be no refunds on sale items – unless faulty.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Returning Custom Items

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Topper Design

Unless otherwise specified toppers will be approximately 5 inches tall for standing figures and will reflect a standard body shape and size. Toppers will be place on a white base that can be personalised if required.


Toppers are made predominantly from polymer clay which conforms to the ASTM D-4236 standard, Fimo conforms to the European Standard EN 71 part 5 and they bear the ACMI (Arts and Crafts Materials Institute) seal AP “non toxic”. Polymer clay in non-edible and toppers will be for ornamental use only. Toppers may contain small parts and are not toys and therefor are not suitable for those under 3 years.


A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made to secure a booking date (please see below for payment details).

Approximately 6 weeks before your event date (or other date for which you require your order) you will be sent a questionnaire to confirm the finer details of your order. This questionnaire must be returned within 7 days of receipt so that work can start on your order. Should this not be returned within 7 days work cannot begin and your order may not be completed for your event date. If you are having difficulties with returning any relevant information you should contact us as soon as possible. Should you not return the questionnaire and it has not been possible to contact you your order will be considered cancelled.

Once your item is finished (approximately 2-4 weeks before your event date) you will be sent a photograph of it. The outstanding balance will then be required to be paid in full. On receipt of the outstanding balance your order will be sent via Special Delivery.
