At Made by Izzy, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch Times
Many of our items are ready to dispatch and will usually be sent within:
- Same day, or
- 1–2 working days
Some of our products are handmade or made to order, so please allow:
- 2–3 working days for dispatch on selected items
If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.
Standard Items
Most orders are generally sent using:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
This provides:
- Tracking information
- Fast UK delivery
- Reliable service
Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 2 working days, although delivery times can occasionally vary during busy periods.
Larger Items & Fire Bowls
Larger products, including our fire bowls and oversized items, are sent using trusted couriers such as:
- DHL
- or other specialist courier services where appropriate
These items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

All items are packaged with care to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
As many of our products are handmade and hand-finished, slight variations may occur, adding to the unique character of each piece.
