Delivery

How long does delivery take?

As many of our products are handmade or made to order, we usually dispatch orders within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days. during busier periods.

Some ready made items may be dispatched sooner, often within 1–2 working days subject to stock availability.

Standard orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. While larger orders including some fire bowls may be delivered via courier services such as DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Are orders tracked?

Yes, most orders are sent using tracked delivery services and tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

 

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we currently ship exclusively within the UK.

Materials

What is Corten weathering steel?

Corten steel is a weathering steel designed to develop a stable and protective rust like patina over time. This natural process not only enhances it's appearance but also helps protect the material beneath.

Will Corten rust transfer onto paving?

Yes, during the early stages of weathering, Corten steel can release runoff that may stain surrounding surfaces.

We recommend allowing the material to weather in a suitable outdoor area, ideally on grass or a surface that will not be affected during the initial rusting process.

 

Is stainless steel weatherproof?

Yes. We use high quality stainless steel which is highly resistant to weathering and will not rust.

To maintain it's appearance, occasional cleaning is recommended to preserve its natural shine over time.

Products

Are products handmade?

Yes. Every design begins as a hand drawn concept. Each piece is carefully developed and refined before being produced using precision laser manufacturing techniques.

Are products suitable outdoors?

All our pieces are made using high quality materials, with each product clearly specified as either suitable or unsuitable for indoor or outdoor use within its description.

 

How do I mount wall art?

Our wall art is designed for simple installation and can be mounted using suitable fixings such as hooks, screws or high strength adhesive strips, depending on your wall type and preference.

 

Fire Bowls

Can fire bowls stay outside?

Yes our fire bowls are designed for outdoor use. Stainless steel fire bowls are weather resistant and will not rust, though occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain their finish.

Corten steel fire bowls are designed to naturally weather over time, forming a protective rust patina which is part of the intended design.

 

Do fire bowls arrive assembled?

No, our fire bowls are supplied flat-packed and will require assembly.

Depending on the model, basic tools such as a drill may be required. Full instructions are included to ensure straight forward assembly.

Yes, we welcome custom work and love bringing unique ideas to life.
